This in-person education session brings together a condominium lawyer, professional mediator, and mental health specialist to explore conflict from legal, practical, and human perspectives. Designed for condominium directors, managers, and industry professionals, the session will examine common sources of conflict, effective communication and de-escalation strategies, legal considerations, and the emotional dynamics that often underpin disputes.
