15th CCI London and Area Chapter Golf Tournament Player Registration

The Golf Tournament will take place on Monday, June 15th, 2026 at the Pine Knot Golf & Country Club. 

Prize table donations are also gratefully accepted. Please email the CCI Administrator at ccisw@cci-sw.on.ca to arrange donation pickup. 

To sign up as a player, simply complete the form below. You can either pay by credit card, or by cheque, or by electronic funds transfer. If you selecet cheque or electronic funds transfer, then you will recive an invoice instead of a receipt. 

Please note that the field is limited to 144 players and is on a first come, first served basis and must include payment. Public Health Guidelines will be in place.
