15th CCI London and Area Chapter Golf Tournament Sponsorship Registration
The Golf Tournament will take place on Monday, June 15th, 2026 at the Pine Knot Golf & Country Club. Shotgun 11 AM.
Sponsorship Options & Fees
- Premium (1): $3,000 - All players receive gift bag with sponsors logo on it along with a sleeve of golf balls, also with the sponsors logo on it. This sponsorship also includes a tee block.
- Breakfast (1): $2,500 - All players receive gift with sponsors logo on it which will be included in the gift bag. This sponsorship also includes a tee block.
- Foundation (2): $1,500 - All players receive gift with sponsors logo on it which will be included in the gift bag.
- Drinks (1): $1,500 - All players receive beverage ticket courtesy of sponsoring company.
- Longest Drive Men (1): $250 - Hole for this item is to be determined and the gift is provided by CCI.
- Longest Drive Women (1): $250 - Hole for this item is to be determined and the gift is provided by CCI.
- Closest to Pin Men (1): $250 - Hole for this item is to be determined and the gift is provided by CCI.
- Closest to Pin Women (1): $250 - Hole for this item is to be determined and the gift is provided by CCI.
- Closest to the Tonka Men (1): $250 - Hole for this item is to be determined and the gift is provided by CCI.

Prize table donations are also gratefully accepted. Please email the CCI Administrator at ccisw@cci-sw.on.ca to arrange donation pickup.
Please note that sponsorship levels do not include meal tickets.
Bagged lunches ($30 + HST each) and/or dinners after the round ($60 + HST each) must be purchased in advance so that the course can accommodate accordingly. Sponsorships paid in full and with proper artwork provided will be added to the golf tournament social media campaign. Golf carts will also display rolling sponsorship advertisements. And of course, all sponsors are thanked accordingly at the end of round dinner/prize handout.
