The presenters will take you through the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT) process, including the CAT rules, policies and guides and summaries of recent cases. You will be provided with answers to important questions for your condominium corporation: what information can be redacted? what are reasonable fees? can we recover our legal costs for the CAT process? This presentation will outline the importance of the legislation and regulations in managing your risk when you are responding to a records request.
