Description: The CAT is an online tribunal dedicated to resolving and deciding condominium-related disputes in Ontario. The presenters will discuss informative and practical processes on enforcement matters and the recent expansion of CAT on matters related to pets, parking and storage. Discussion will include different legal routes to consider when facing compliance issues, the importance of the indemnity and alternative dispute resolution provisions in your condominium’s governing documents and the recent case law from The CAT dealing with the expanded jurisdiction.
