Description: The CAT is an online tribunal dedicated to resolving and deciding condominium-related disputes in Ontario conveniently, quickly and affordably. The CAT process, policies and guides are in place and the expansion for cases effective January 2022 will be reviewed. Cases that have already been processed by the tribunal will be discussed. Q&A available.
