Safety and harassment in condominium communities is a serious issue that requires careful consideration. This seminar will review case law, the Condominium Act, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act to help your condominium corporation adopt clear and effective policies on violence and harassment, including how to document incidents in order to build an effective case. We will also be discussing how to create emergency plans and implement safety procedures to keep your community safe.
