Vince Londini - Otto & Company

Working with our firm’s Principal, Jason Otto, AACI, Vince leads Otto & Company’s Reserve Fund & Insurance Valuation practice. Vince steps into the shoes of his mentor and industry stalwart, Robin Whimster, with a focus on growing the practice while achieving increasing quality.

Vince's qualifications include earning the Post Graduate Valuation Certificate (UBC) and current enrolment in the Certified Reserve Planner designation with the Real Estate Institute of Canada. He draws on his MBA (2014, IU) and diverse work experience including 14 years in the management consulting industry, and 16 years in the religious ministry. Vince brings considerable experience with consulting, analysis, property valuation, process improvement, team management, operations, and training & development.

Vince is a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, progressing towards his professional appraisal designation [AACI], and working with a designated AIC co-signor as part of his professional development. As a co-signed candidate member, Vince is qualified to conduct all manner of reserve fund studies, insurance valuations, and other market valuation engagements. Vince’s work portfolio  addresses the full range of commercial properties with an emphasis on condominiums.

Ryan Griffiths - CWB Maxium Financial

Ryan Griffiths is the Director, Condominium Finance, at CWB Maxium Financial, a division of Canadian
Western Bank. Ryan works closely with condo boards and their communities to develop and implement
the right financial solution for their needs and specializes in arranging innovative financing for major
condominium repair and maintenance projects. As a financial expert with over 20 years of experience,
he enhances the knowledge of his clients by providing the information and tools they need to make
informed financial decisions.
 
Ryan is an active member of the condominium community and currently serves as a board member for
the Canadian Condominium Institute (“CCI”) Huronia Chapter, and on various committees for the
Toronto, Golden Horseshoe and Grand River Chapters of CCI. Ryan routinely develops materials on
financials considerations for condominium corporations, and conducts speaking engagements on

Sean Eglinton - Eglinton Scott Real Estate Management & Consulting Inc

Séan has well over a decade of condominium management experience and is well versed in all aspects of front-end management. Before recently branching out on his own with Eglinton Scott Real Estate Management & Consulting Inc., he spent much of his time guiding Boards and communities through major restoration and improvement projects, contract negotiations and dealing with the day to day operations of various types of condominium corporations in the London and surrounding area.  

 He continues to enjoy his time as a CCI London Chapter Board member where his main pride and joy is the rollout of the annual golf tournament held every June.

Prior to working as a condominium manager, he spent many years in the landscape industry after having graduated from the Landscape Design program at Fanshawe College here in London. He spent years in the landscape design, construction, maintenance and management industry. He often uses his landscape and construction experience to help create comprehensive bid specifications and to guide Directors through the often confusing and overwhelming landscape of contract and project planning.
