Meet the speakers:
Laura Gurr - the Managing Partner at Cohen Highley LLP, specializing in condominium law and affordable housing within their Multi-Residential Housing Group. Renowned for her innovative solutions in development, governance, operations, and litigation, Laura is deeply committed to affordable housing and actively contributes to related equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. She has served on the boards of the Canadian Condominium Institute (London Chapter) and Homes Unlimited (London) Inc.
Megan Alexander - a seasoned licensed paralegal at Cohen Highley LLP, focuses on Commercial Litigation and Multi-Residential Housing Groups. Her expertise encompasses Small Claims Court cases, including enforcement, and representing clients in contract and tort disputes. In the Multi-Residential Housing Group, she handles cases for condominium corporations at the Condominium Authority Tribunal and landlords at the Landlord Tenant Board. Megan is recongnized for her effective dispute resolution skills, regulatory compliance, risk management strategies and excellent client communications.
