Condominiums have many unique considerations when it comes to financial planning. Join us to learn more about what makes condo financials different, the funding options available to condominiums, what to look for in financial reports, and how to effectively plan for the future. We have lots of great information lined up for board members, condo managers, and anyone else interested in learning about the financial challenges facing condominiums. Experts from various financial services companies will be speaking about these topics, and answering your questions.

Corey Sargeant is the President of G3 Property Solutions Ltd. which is a full-service management company serving southwestern Ontario through offices in London and Brantford, Ontario. He is an active participant in various CCI Chapters across southwestern Ontario and has contributed to various publications and speaking engagements within the industry.
Dillon O’Henly is a Partner with MacNeill Edmundson Professional Corporation, a public accounting firm located in London. He specializes in both tax and audit and is part of a team that audits more than 450 condominium corporations annually throughout Southwestern Ontario. Dillon was born and raised in London and attended business school at Wilfrid Laurier University before returning to London to start his professional career. He has a CPA, CA designation, and is also involved in multiple charities in the London area in board and committee roles.

Jeff Runnalls CPA, CA studied Accounting and Economics at Western University, graduating in 2005. Beginning his career and earning his CPA, CA designation at a Big Four International Accounting Firm, providing Taxation, Accounting and Auditing services, including multiple international secondments. Jeff then left Public Accounting working in Public and Private Firms in the Technology, Healthcare, Finance and Property Verticals.
Ryan Griffiths is the Managing Director at Condominium Lending Group. He works closely with condo boards and their communities to develop and implement the right financial solution for their needs and specializes in arranging innovative financing for major condominium repair projects. As a financial expert with over 20 years of experience, he enhances the knowledge of his clients by providing the information and tools they need to make informed financial decisions. Ryan is an active member of the condominium community and currently serves as the Chair of the CCI National Finance & Risk Management Committee, the Vice President for the Canadian Condominium Institute (“CCI”) Huronia Chapter, and on various committees for the Toronto, Golden Horseshoe and Grand River Chapters of CCI.
Sam Roelans is the Operations Manager at Thorne Property Management, and a member of the CCI London & Area Board of Directors. Her role at Thorne involves a little bit of everything including sales & marketing, HR, legal, accounting, IT, and of course condominium management. Sam is a licensed condominium manager and enjoys instructing the Excellence in Condominium Management course offered by the CMRAO.
