Kristi Sergeant Kerr, LL.B., LCCI, Partner, Scott Petrie LLP, Law Firm
Kristi specializes in all aspects of condominium and real estate law, including development, management, litigation and the purchase, sale and mortgaging of condominiums. She has extensive experience working with managers and condominium corporations across Southwestern Ontario and prides herself on finding reasonable solutions to their complex issues. Kristi is on the Board of Directors for the London and Area Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and is co-chair of their Education Committee. She has also been appointed to the Advisory Committee of the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO).

Ian is a seasoned professional in the restoration industry, boasting a distinguished career that began in 1999. Beginning his journey in Edmonton as a technician, he swiftly progressed through various regional leadership roles in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and now in Ontario, amassing a wealth of experience and expertise.
As an Executive with On Side Restoration - Client Solutions team, Ian bridges the gap between operations and clients, striving to align the services delivered with the expectations of On Side Restorations clients. He maintains a client-centric approach, focusing on delivering excellent service while ensuring client satisfaction at every level.

Jeff Wenzler, Electrical Superintendent with Carmichael Engineering Ltd.
Jeff is responsible for building and managing a team of highly skilled electricians devoted to excellence. They consult one-on-one with customers to offer professional insight and solutions to meet the needs or demands of your specific facility. Jeff holds a valid Interprovincial 309A electrical license as well as a Master Electrician license with over 23 years of vast experience in multiple aspects of the trade.

He specializes in delivering electrical solutions for condominium buildings, including panel upgrades, lighting retrofits, and energy efficiency improvements. Known for his expertise and reliability, Mike is a trusted partner for property managers and condo boards.
David Leff, Owner, TLC Landscape Designs & Pools
TLC Landscaping has been in business 32 years and tends to about 230 condominium corporations in London with 130 employees in the summer season and 210 in the winter. TLC has also been the recipients of numerous Design and Build Awards, including Landscape Ontario Awards of Excellence and Best of London.
TLC joined the chapter in 1993 and are proud to continue that support of the chapter and community. Education and networking events bring strength to the community and all who are involved. I, and members of our TLC team, have participated in seminars, writing articles and support of the events.
David was elected to the CCI Board of Directors at the AGM of 2009, was Vice-President from 2011-2016 and President in 2016-17 and again in 2021-2023. I continue to enjoy and promote our association with CCI, including sponsoring education events and the Golf Tournament.

Michele Farley, FSC Fire
Michele Farley is the President and Senior Fire Code Consultant at FCS Fire Consulting Services Ltd, which was the first ULC Listed Integrated Testing Service Provider in Canada and is currently celebrating its 30th year of Business! Michele has extensive experience with evaluating and conducting life safety risk assessments of buildings for more than thirty years. She has extensive experience with the technical evaluation, design and operation of fire alarm and related life safety systems. She works as an expert in Fire Code directly or on behalf of clients providing evaluations, fire code auditing and affidavit services. Michele is active in the industry, sitting on committees, as a speaker and a regular contributor to industry publications.
Marcia Beaton, REVEL Realty
Marcia Beaton is an experienced Broker/Head Coach and 'Real Estate Lifesaver' with over a decade in the real estate industry. As the co-founder and co-leader of REVEL Realty London, alongside her business partner Stacey Prieur, she has established a brokerage that emphasizes professional development, mentorship, and collaboration. Marcia is passionate about leveraging her knowledge, skills, and resources to provide the highest level of service to her clients while also guiding and supporting both new and seasoned agents in their professional growth. Condominiums specifically are an area of interest -and one that can always use more sharing of best practices! Beyond real estate, Marcia is actively involved in her community. She is the co-founder of Smiles4Seniors, an initiative dedicated to supporting seniors, and has served as an Auxiliary Constable with the London Police Service since 2003. She is grateful today for the opportunity to share time, space, and energy with fellow professionals in this venue and to partake of dialogue that inspires everyone's growth and connection.
Michael Hensen, Rimkus, P.Eng., RRC Vice President, Central Region Building Sciences Services
Michael has over 30 years of experience providing services in the commercial, municipal, multi-residential, educational, health care, and municipality sectors. He has provided engineering services that include new construction building envelope design, engineering design of single and multi-component remediation/modernization projects, project management and contract administration, forensic investigation, and failure determination of building envelope deficiencies, as well as building envelope-related technical support for construction litigation and insurance claims. His extensive experience in identifying and resolving building deficiencies and construction failures has allowed him and his team of professionals a long list of successful repair and replacement assignments and always delivered within predicted schedules and budgets. Mr. Hensen has successfully implemented project management skills and strategies utilized by IRC Building Sciences Group, A Rimkus Company’s personnel to manage single and multidiscipline renovation projects of all types.
