Enforcement of Rules
Condominium corporations need rules that are clear, consistent, and reflect the latest case law, but how do you know if your community’s rules are effective and enforceable? Join us for a discussion on implementing and enforcing condominium rules, avoiding common pitfalls, creating strong indemnification provisions, and keeping cultural sensitivity and anti-discrimination at front of mind. We will also be taking a closer look at anti-violence and harassment rules, single family use provisions, and accommodating disabilities in the context of pet rules and cannabis non-smoking rules.
