CCI LONDON presents, Status Certificates: The Secret or the Deadly Weapon?
Status certificates can make or break a condominium transaction—but how well do you really understand what’s hidden inside them? Join us for an engaging and practical seminar that pulls back the curtain on one of the most powerful documents in the condo world.
Whether you're a director, manager, realtor, or owner, this session will walk you through the essentials of status certificates, highlight the key red flags that can derail a deal, how to disclose difficult scenarios and clarify the mandatory content every corporation must include.
We’ll also explore real legal cases with a condominium lawyer, offering insight into how courts interpret status certificate information —and what happens when things go wrong. If you’ve ever wondered whether a status certificate is your best defence or your biggest risk, this seminar will equip you with the knowledge to use it wisely.
